LADY REBELS COMPETE AT STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS; KELLI STOCKTON WINS CHAMPIONSHIP

VIRGINIA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS (GIRLS):

The Lady Rebels Swim and Dive team finished in 31st place at the Virginia State AAA Swim and Dive Championships. 

Junior Kelli Stockton ran away from the field in the State Dive event.  Kelli scored a personal best 445.10 outscoring the next closest diver by 34 points.  The state title is an excellent cap to Kelli's impressive list of awards.  In her high school career Kelli has earned individual titles at the District, Region and State level as well as Team titles at the Region and State level.

Freshman Matty Ferguson continued her impressive postseason by qualifying for the finals and finishing 10th in the State.
