LADY REBELS SWIM AND DIVE WINS BIG OVER STONEBRIDGE

The Lady Rebels posted victories in 9 of the 12 events Friday night enroute to a decisive victory over the Bulldogs.  In the victory, the Rebels relay team of Marla Surette, Matty Ferguson, Natalie Dillinger and Rachael Wray won both the 200 and 400 Freestyle Relays.  In the 200 Freestyle, the Lady Rebels swimmers (Marla Surette, Jenna Degner-Lopez, Aubrey May and Katie Robertson) swept the top 4 places.

The Lady Rebels Dive team of Kelli Stockton, Hannah Patteson,  Taylor Dievert and Bailey McDade scored a sweep of the Dive event, with all Divers achieving season best scores and Kelli Stockton posting another REGIONS qualifying total.

Top scorers for the Lady Rebels included Marla Surette (1st 200 Free, 2nd 100 Free), Jenna Degner-Lopez (1st 500 Free, 2nd 200 Free), Aubrey May (2nd 100 Back, 3rd 200 Free), Natalie Dillinger (1st 200 IM, 1st 100 Fly), Emma Griffin (2nd 500 Free, 3rd 200 IM), Matty Ferguson (1st 50 Free, 1st 100 Free), Rachael Wray (2nd 50 Free, 3rd 100 Free), Amanda Kelley (1st 100 Back, 3rd 100 Fly), Katie Robertson (3rd 500 Free),  Gabby Nazario (2nd 100 Breast) and Shannon Cosgrove (3rd 100 Breast).

The Lady Rebels posted 9 personal best swims in the meet, including Marla Surette (200 Free, 100 Free), Natalie Dillinger (200 IM), Emma Griffin (200 IM, 500 Free), Courtney Phillips (50 Free), Katie Quinnette (100 Fly), Matty Ferguson (100 Free) and Gabby Nazario (100 Breast).

The Lady Rebels return to action the 8th of January at Lee District where they will take on Highlanders from McLean.
