The Rebels Boys were edged out in a narrow 5 point victory by Langley Friday night at the Spring Hill Rec Center.  The Saxons overcame a strong effort from the Rebels, who recorded 7 post season cuts, including REGION cuts in the 200 Medley Relay (Patrick Johnson, Austin Patteson, Jake Baumgardner, Travis Lauri), 200 Freestyle (Austin Patteson), 50 Freestyle (Travis Lauri), 100 Butterfly (Travis Lauri), 100 Backstroke (Jake Baumgardner) and STATE cuts in the 200 IM (Jake Baumgardner) and 400 Freestyle Relay (Travis Lauri, John Kim, Jake Baumgardner and Austin Patteson).

The Rebels scoring was led by Austin Patteson (2nd 200 Free), Jake Baumgarder (2nd 200 IM, 1st 100 Back), Travis Lauri (1st 50 Free, 2nd 100 Fly), John Kim (1st 500 Free), Michael Cosgrove (2nd 500 Free), Patrick Johnson (2nd 100 Back), Peter Rossbach(1st Dive, 2nd 100 Breast) and Sam Johnson(2nd Dive).

Many Rebels posted personal best times including Austin Patteson (200 Free), Elliot Meyer (50 Free), Eduardo Perez (100 Butterfly) Tim Milmoe (100 Butterfly), Orhan Yilmaz (100 Free), Ben Click (500 Free), and Graham Smith (100 Breast).

The Rebels return to action next Friday night at 6:30 at the Audrey Moore Rec Center where they will take on Stonebridge.
