Rebels Boys Post Big Win Over Marshall

The Rebels bounced back on Saturday night at Providence Rec Center.  Along the way the Rebels won 7 events, posted a REGION qualifying 200 Medley Relay time (Patrick Johnson, Austin Patteson, Michael Cosgrove and Travis Lauri) and a STATE qualifying time in the 50 Freestyle (Travis Lauri).

The Rebels scoring was led by Orhan Yilmaz (1st 200 Free), Riley Hope (2nd 200 Free), Austin Patteson (2nd 200 IM, 1st 100 Free), Travis Lauri (1st 50 Free, 2nd 100 Breast), Tommy Scibilia (2nd 100 Fly, 2nd 100 Back), Michael Cosgrove (1st 500 Free), Eduardo Perez-De La Rosa (2nd 500 Free) Peter Rossback (1st Dive) and Sam Johnson (2nd Dive).  Two relays also took first place honors;  The 200 Medley Relay (Patrick Johnson, Austin Patteson, Michael Cosgrove, Travis Lauri) and the 200 Freestyle Relay (Michael Cosgrove, Austin Patteson, Tommy Scibilia, Travis Lauri).

Many Rebels posted personal best times including Austin Patteson (200 IM), Patrick Johnson (200 IM, 100 Breast), Travis Lauri (50 Free, 100 Breast), Peter Rossbach (50 Free), Elliot Meyer (50 Free), Tommy Scibilia (100 Fly, 100 Back), Timmy Milmoe (100 Fly), Sam Johnson (100 Free), Ben Click (100 Free), and Quinn Giroux (100 Breast).

The Rebels return to action next Friday night at 6:30 at the Spring Hill Rec Center where they will take on the Langley Saxons.
