Rebels Ladies Fall to Madison in Season Opener

The Lady Rebels fell short in their season opener on a night when a very young team showed a lot of promise for the future.  The Rebels were led by Sophmores Rachel Wray ( 2nd 50 Free, 1st 100 Free) and Jenna Degner-Lopez (2nd 500 Free) and Freshman Marla Surette (2nd 200 Free) and Natalie Dillinger (2nd 100 Fly, 2nd 100 Back).

Junior Kelli Stockton continued her dominance in Dive, taking first place while posting a score which qualifies her for the Northern Region Dive meet.

The Lady Rebels posted many personal bests on the night, including Christine Kelly (200 Free), Emma Griffin (200 IM, 100 Fly), Natalie Dillinger (100 Fly), Hannah Patteson (100 Fly), Rachel Wray (100 Free), Toni Rayder (100 Free), Jenna Degner-Lopez (500 Free), Shannon McKenzie (100 Back), Megan Green (100 Back), Marla Surette (100 Breast) and Shannon Cosgrove (100 Breast).

The Lady Rebels go right back to work 12/5 when they travel to Providence Rec Center to take on Marshall HS.
