Membership Information
Includes membership to all regular sports held at Fairfax for the following events F, JV, and Varsity:
Baseball Basketball – Boys and Girls
Cheer Co-Ed Cross Country and Track (indoor and outdoor)
Field Hockey Football
Golf – Boys and Girls Girls Gymnastics
Lacrosse – Boys and Girls Soccer – Boys and Girls
Softball Swim and Dive – Boys and Girls
Tennis – Boys and Girls Volleyball

Did you know that:
*Your support of the athletic program is needed – 0% of the school budget is allocated for athletics. The Athletic Booster Club raises money with the help of our Athletic Director, coaches, and athletes for uniforms, equipment, clinics, awards, stadium enhancements, etc.
*The FFX Athletic Boosters provide support for over 40 teams
*Purchasing just one pass qualifies for the $500.00 Team Incentive Award (see back)
*Membership is tax deductible and carries valuable benefits
Team Incentive Information:
Again this year! Team Incentive Program – earn $500 for your team by joining the Boosters. To help increase membership and raise more funds for our programs, the Athletic Boosters will pay $500 to every sport which achieves a certain level of membership in the Athletic Booster Program.
Qualifying levels – sports with 1 – 25 players (85%) sports with 26-100 players (70%) over 100 players (55%)
Rules: Multi-sport families only need to join once (incentive good for all sports involved)
Your minimum donation of $25.00 qualifies for team for the incentive. “Teams incentive” includes Freshmen, JV and Varsity teams.
Volunteer opportunities:
Volunteers are always needed (sport’s representatives, booster committees, snack bars, craft fair, spirit wear, fundraising, volunteer coordinator, etc.) Name_____________________________________________________________________
